George M. Sadka MD

George M. Sadka MD


After medical school, Dr. Sadka did his internship in Boston, Massachusetts and then completed his Basic and Clinical science Ophthalmology studies at Massachusetts Eye and Ear, Harvard University.  He completed his Ophthalmology residency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a board certified ophthalmologist (physician and surgeon).  He specializes in cataract and implant surgery and is known for thorough clinical evaluations, precision surgical techniques and individual attention to each patient.


Dr. Sadka is a clinical instructor in the physician assistant program at Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.  He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.  As a member of the World Eye Foundation he has performed missionary surgery in many areas of the world including Peru and Jamaica.

Stefano R. Carpenetti DO


Dr. Carpenetti is a board certified ophthalmologist who has practiced comprehensive ophthalmology with Susquehanna Eye Associates since 1996.


He received his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992.  After serving his internship in internal medicine and surgery, he completed his residency in ophthalmology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996.


Dr. Carpenetti specializes in cataract surgery along with the use of premium intra-ocular lens implants.  He also treats a wide range of eye conditions including: glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, and eyelid disorders. He also performs injectable aesthetic enhancements, including BOTOX and Restylane-L.


Dr. Carpenetti is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a clinical instructor in the physician assistant program at the Commonwealth University-Lock Haven.  He performs eye surgery at UPMC Muncy.


Melissa Randecker DO
Melissa Randecker OD

Dr. Randecker is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.  She graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Phi Omega Epsilon Honor Society and the Phi Zeta Kappa Honor Society.

She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.  During 
Dr. Randecker’s optometric training, she completed various clinical externships at ophthalmology and optometry practices where she received extensive training in ophthalmic disease management.

She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
